First of all, I'd like to apologize for taking so long on the next chapter. It's been a busy few weeks. Finals just came and went, I'm looking for a new car, a new place to live, etc. But things are settling down a little bit, and the plan is to write like a madman over Christmas break. Stay tuned!
But wait! There's more!
A fellow by the name of Keratin has gone and done the darndest thing: he wrote a review of "The Stranger and Her Friend"!
"But Moose!" you say. "Your fic has already been reviewed. Like, nearly one thousand times before. They're called comments."
Astute observation, hypothetical voice, but this is no mere comment. This is a full-blown, in-depth, let's-take-it-apart-and-see-what-makes-it-tick commentary. It's thorough and methodical and a lot of thought obviously went into its writing. It's all there in gory detail: themes, flaws, things you may have missed. Spare a minute or two and go read it, even if you've read TSaHF already. Especially if you've read TSaHF already. It is not simply for vanity's sake I am promoting this, I assure you -- I just think his effort should be appreciated by more than just myself.
Dude lets be honest here we weren't expecting any new chapter for a couple more months when you informed us of your hiatus.
I should be thanking you right now but when I open my mouth all that comes out is gibberish and spiders
(but seriously, thanks for the compliment. I appreciate it)
Cotton is eternal!
But seriously, excellent review, Keratin. I'm glad that Moose posted this where I can find it.

You should probably get that checked out.
But really, thank you! I meant what I said, it deserves to be looked at. I don't feel like my comment on it really did my appreciation justice, so maybe this will. I do hope you'll forgive the delay. I meant to do this much sooner, but life happened. School, work, fending off the zombie horde... y'know, that sort of stuff.
Thanks again!
To Urban Moose.
I hope this helps in creating better fight scenes.
