Friendship is Card Games: Daring Don't · 10:01pm Dec 8th, 2013

Hello, all. I'm glad to say that the "Twilight's friends are useless without her" streak I mentioned last week has been officially broken. She's just as ineffectual when Daring Do's involved! Meanwhile, the "Fluttershy reminding the rest of the Mane Six which side of the fourth wall they're on" count is at one episode and counting. :raritywink:

In an ironic twist, an episode focused on the pony who'd be right at home on Zendikar gives us no further Traps. What it does give us is... well, come and see.

I get the feeling that Irrepressible Admirer should come with a drawback, like not being able to block.
And the ahuizotl is actually described as dog-like in the original mythology. Which does make it a bit odd that he surrounds himself with cats...
And perhaps Defictionalize should come with "If that card is a creature, it gains haste and -2/-0 until end of turn."

Haste isn't necessary for Defictionalize. Just cast it during the end step of the turn before yours. By combat, you'll have controlled the creature since your last upkeep.

Also, Ahuizotl is now a Hound. Which raises interesting questions about his relationship to the Diamond Dogs...

Ah, I missed that it was an instant.

I'm getting Unglued/Unhinged vibes from Defictionalize.
