I was perusing youtube. Came across two that sort of meshed in my mind. One with a beautiful poem and another with fanmade animation.
So I somehow thought about prince Jack (this took place before chapter five obviously, when he semi-permanently converted himself into an alicorn shape. But he can undo that, too. Use his "natural" form), who had a visit from a good friend, but somewhere early in the visit she smelled blood, and excused herself. Here's the freeverse poem that resulted.
I am a meat eater.
Nuts, sometimes.
Not always, but to stay here I must be so now.
There are simple animals here.
I eat them.
I hunt when I must but ...
that is time consuming.
Tiring.
So I keep livestock.
They're bunnies, mostly.
The first breeding pair was granted me
by the softest vegan I've ever met.
She doesn't ask about their well being.
