    Respected Opinion Needed

I suppose it was an astounding three years ago that I published the first chapter of Love is Worth the Struggle. I regret that decision now because I believe I got a bit too excited about releasing the story and made a premature decision. I believe I have already said that most of the story is already written. It has been quite a while since I've been active, and since I still appear to be getting comments, I wanted to make a few announcements regarding some of my stories in progress.

Second Person Stories · 5:21am Oct 2nd, 2013

Well, so far I'm pleasantly surprised with how my story, Waking in Celestia's Soft Embrace is doing. For all of you have read it, you know that it was written in second-person. It's an experiment of mine in different writing styles, and I think it turned out pretty good.

For those of you who liked that story, there are two more coming. The first is already out. It's called Saved from the Winter's Cold by Love, and it features Cadence.

I also hope that in reading these that many of you will start reading by projecting yourself onto the main character. It can be a great learning tool and it really makes stories seem a lot more meaningful. Imagine all of the pressures or opportunities that surround the protagonist. Ask how does the main character act, and how would you react in their place? From this alone, you can learn so much more about yourself, and even gain greater insight into the meaning of the story.
