I'll make this quick.
Last time, I made a blog asking for some opinions about whether I should continue solely with Hocus Pocus or whether I should start a new fanfic and work on both at the same time. Admittedly, there are a number of reasons for each.
Both because of the feedback I received, and a lot of my own thought on the topic, I've decided to just stick with Hocus Pocus and write my other fanfics later. I know I can't please everyone with this decision, but Hocus Pocus is, in my opinion, turning out fairly decent so far, and I don't want to risk losing that momentum, nor the readers who are eagerly awaiting the next chapter.
College is demanding the bulk of my attention as usual, but with luck I'll have chapter 11 up in a week or two. Sorry for the long wait! At least I know exactly what I'm doing as far as the direction I'm taking with my writing now.

As someone who is currently juggling multiple creative endeavors, I can tell you with some certainty, you made the right decision xD
I completely support your decision to continue with Hocus Pocus, as I said in my last comment, so that doesn't leave much else to say now. I know what it must be like to be occupied with school and a big project like this. I am actually in the same situation. I wish you the best and I can't wait for the next chapter.
On the one... er, appendage (I hesitate to say "hand", considering the topic, but I don't like saying "hoof", as I have none), I will now be desperately curious to know what other ideas you have--but on the other appendage, had you made a different decision, I would be rather peeved at having to wait longer for Hocus Pocus. Overall, though, I think this decision will have the greatest net benefit (for me, at least. Whether or not anyone else comes to regret this is another matter entirely, and one I refuse to get into)
Holy cow it's Bronycurious. Anyways, I totally think you should take your time. For one your studies should definitely be your top priority and second, it'll make the next chapter even better when it comes out
