Did anyone else get a message about an IP Ban for 'Submitting a story too often without making proper changes'? Because that happened to me, but it only took effect at my house, not at my college. Does that mean that there's another brony in my neighborhood?

And finally, we decided on what's going to set the 'Slice of Life Arc' apart from the other parts of the story. It shall be considered the Bonus Chapter Arc, so not only will we have official rap battles - we're also going to allow rap battles with OC's from other people!

the thing about IPs is that you could share a IP address with someone else half way across the nation, so it may not of been you, someone in your neighborhood, or even in your state.
There's no way of telling.
I actually have OC's I want to submit, but I have no clue how. Also, if I submit 2 of my OC's, could they be a team? Like have their rap battle be one verse for each instead of two verses each?
