Hello everypony, new user here (oh, how exciting *sarcasm*) so I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't give a buck. For those of you bored enough to read this, I will be telling you random strangers on the internet about myself and my fanfiction. Seems to conflict with everything our parents told us about talking to strangers, doesn't it?
Well, I'm a teenager (not the adult, cool kind. The young, annoying as hell, high pitched voice kind) from a small town in Australia that seems to not have any other bronies in it. So, I turned to the internet for friends. I do have non-brony friends, but I desperately needed to make a brony friend, quickly. I'm thinking I might be able to convert one of my friends to the herd, but no luck so far.
Anyway, enough prattling on. This is a Fanfiction site, so what would it be without fanfiction? (a pretty shitty site, I'm guessing) I am planning to upload a fan fiction, but I'm getting it checked for spelling and grammar issues, inconsistencies within the story, and general low quality stuff before I upload it. What sort of story is it? Well, I'm planning to make it a Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Adventure fiction, that may or may not drag on for multiple stories. It may sound interesting so far, but the next statement might turn a few readers away. It is one of those fanfictions. You know, that kind. That irritatingly common one that seems to be written by almost everyone as a first MLP fanfiction story. The kind that usually has a bad backstory or a badly structured plot to it. Oh, come on, you know what I'm talking about. It's one of those Human-In-Equestria Fics. Wait, no, don't run! It sounds bad at first, I know. After all, most people generally avoid it like the plague. But I hope to put a bit of a spin on it. It's going to be more than just a human in Equestria. He's going to become a pony! I bet no-one has thought of that one before! Oh wait, someone's done that already? Nearly half the fanbase? Ok, screw the originality, This one has an even bigger spin on it.
It's going to have *dramatic pause* The Doctor! You know, from Doctor Who! Ha, betcha no-one thought of that! Huh? Some-one's thought of that too? Oh, come on! I put a lot of thought into that! Never mind The Doctor, how about...A Basilisk! Not just the regular, cockatrice-like basilisk, but J.K. Rowling's basilisk! Why? Well, I just preferred her version. Much more badass than a chicken with a snake tail. Actually, that's a lie. There's going to be a perfectly valid reason for the Harry Potter basilisk ending up in Equestria, and it doesn't involve Twilight accidentally screwing up a spell. It's all part of a larger plan. (You'd have to read it to find out.)
I plan to structure it like a series of Doctor Who. You know, facing multiple, smaller troubles along the way, and then a large, big problem that links all of the smaller troubles together, where subtle hints to a puzzle were placed along the way, but unsolvable without the last piece. (*cough* series 5 *cough*) My fiction also explains parts of Equestria's history left in the shadows (The creation of the Elements of Harmony, The corruption of Nightmare Moon, etc.), with the main character (and the Doctor) having some sway with these events. The main character will also have my username. Why? Because I suck at thinking up names, and I just went with one name I already had. Thanks to that tidbit, the fiction is probably gonna sound like some sort of wishful thinking ego trip. Well, it kinda is (I mean, who doesn't wanna go to Equestria?) but I made sure that it didn't sound like some 12 year old's "If I went to Equestria..." daydream.
Oh, and it will have combat. And also blood. Some awkward, teenage shipping. A few mindfucks and paradoxes. Most likely some popular internet references.
And wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey. Can't have a Doctor Who crossover (even a partial one) without some time travel.
Hope you enjoyed this blog. I'll post some more info about the fiction when I have the time. If you took the time to read this, thank you. If you didn't have a clue about what I was talking about, I don't blame you.

and since you just started watching me. I'll be the first to welcome you to our fandom. Welcome to FIMF, where ponies meet young to middle aged men (and women) that have nothing better than to post random stories varying from probable story episodes to utter bullshit.
I'm of the later.
And why did you watch me again?
Not sure of your age but still, "dat feel bro". Your age actually doesn't matter to me; i rate by intelligence, mental capability and understanding of society and social paradigms. No, wait dont run! You seem to be "on the ball" as it were. haha! regardless, im in the same "no brony friends" boat. You wrote a great first fanfic too! hopefully that video worked by now. Keep wroking on those ideas too, the more creativity you use, the more creative you become. I would personally like to see what would come of it in the later days (or soon).!
