    incredibly sick

haven't been able to hit the computer much the past month. Got sick on labor day weekend, ended up with a bad case of pneumonia deep in my lungs. Despite it, I've been forcing myself to go to work overtime because... well, bills need to be paid.

I haven't disappeared, but I'm healing. be back soon, promise.

    Child rearing is oftentimes unpredictable.

TLA has only been delayed as I cannot access my files from where I am or when I'm home because of small children. Not mine, yet I suppose, but the little ones take a lot of time and attention and love. And food. So much food. My nieces are garbage disposals.

That was an Adventure through the Comics. TLA incoming.

Hey folks, just finished up a grand majority of the comics, and there was only one big plot point that rubbed up super hard against the story, so once I swap it out it'll be fine. I'll even drop off exactly what it was in the authors notes when it comes up and is no longer relavant to keep from you. Lucky me the plot didn't hinge on it(anymore- it was something important before but I minimized it

    Dude, where's my blogpost?

I made a blogpost on Friday talking about delaying the chapter a week while I catch up on pony lore in the comics, mainly because there's three things I want to do and I straight up don't want to do something that clashes entirely with what's going on with the characters.

Oh. Damn. Huh. · 5:36am Jun 14th, 2013

So I finished a story I had lying around for a couple weeks, and it's been pretty well received. Thanks for that, everyone. I'm... kind of relieved, in a way. I'm glad I can still write well, despite everything. I don't know why I would think I couldn't but it feels nice all the same.

However I really can't figure out the Feature Box. I had more views, more thumbs up, and a better overall rating than three of the stories that were in there today, and still couldn't even get a blip on their sensors. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I know I shouldn't care but... I dunno, it's kind of nice to feel vindicated for your work. So apparently stories need to be 4K words to hit Feature Box, so I guess I'll be posting "Glimpse," the fluff chapter that was written after Memories We Never Had, but I originally chose not to post it because I didn't think I'd finish it. Well, I finished it.

Speaking of my work, apparently somewhere along the line, the chapter of The Literary Appeal I've been working on has up and vanished. I really don't know what happened to it, but I'm surprisingly not all that broken up about it. Yeah, it's gonna be a lot of work to put back together, but it was one avenue of ideas. Maybe this is a chance for me to look at a different path to my end results. A funnier one.

Maybe I'll have the knife come back as comic relief. I promise he'll be a real cut up.

You may proceed to kill me.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

You probably forgot to insert some cloppy scenes. :rainbowlaugh: It's necessary for the feature-box. :pinkiecrazy:

Your latest story was under 4k words. 4k is the minimum necessary to get into the featured box these days, so that's probably it.

Yep, a funny little thing I found out mere minutes ago.
