So, its been a while. Turns out when I start to kick ass on some of my fics, my laptop decides its had enough. It died about, oh, over a month ago now. I've been stuck using my phone, and for some reason it would not sign me in. Today I tried for SnGs, and hot damn it worked. So, as soon as I get enough money to buy a new motherboard I will be posting Chapter 4 of TR. Until then, I'm stuck using my typewriter. Sorry to you all who have been messaging me, but I couldn't respond until now. I will begin sifting through the messages and get replies going. Also, if you're going to be attending CMCon or Trotcon, both in Ohio, I will be attending both. If ya see me, feel free to stop me and say hello. Just look for a red and black plad Oniel hat with two Macintosh pins. Hard to miss, ha ha.
So that's why I haven't seen much from you.
You know you can just connect your tv and internet line to your type writer, right?

i don't think you can replace a motherboard in a laptop cheaper then you can just buy a new laptop. it's all prebuilt and people don't expect you to custom build a laptop so alot of things are integrated and thus a motherboard is expensive. it pretty much includes everything other then the screen, memory, hard drive, and the other things like the keyboard. unless if it's a laptop meant for business where they expect to be able to replace parts. for example dells are more easy to open and replace parts. i think alienware is more modifiable too. any way check to see how much a new one will cost and if it is really worth it vs. buying new or even a working used laptop on craigslist. the thing about laptops is you ca buy them for 1/4th the cost when they are a year old and used. so you can get a laptop that can play high end games for $200
