now i'm not sure what you mean by sweetie belle and rarity if you mean where they are characters in the fic or if you mean shipping. if you mean shipping the two sisters together i just recommend making it not sick porn shit that is very very unrealistic just so people have some disgusting incest shit to clop to. love is love and incest relationships offer a taboo or urgency for secrecy or for characters to deeply think about there life that alot of other types of shipping can not.

if you just meant they are charterers in the fic, well then give them a good plot with some adventure in a setting that is intriguing.

As for your first question, I think it's more her intellect and overall balance that aids her amazing mane and tail styles. She would easily destroy Rarity's popularity if she were to grow into marehood.
