Story takes places before and during Season 9 Episode 1 and includes dialogue from the episode painsteakinly edited. Sex tag added for a single comment that might be perceived as lewd.

Celestia has been putting off a very important conversation for far too long. Her friends and family send her some letters telling her the truth.

Celestia is not good at the whole being in love thing.

On a night of deep calm, where silence reigned without conversations or barks to disturb the peace, an unexpected encounter between two nocturnal beings would weave a destiny that would plunge Equestria into its darkest night in the future.

Frame was enjoying the marvelous view of Trot Millenia. However, a rupture occur upon the nearby barrage. Now he is lost in a place abandoned by his kind from a time begotten and the nation scrambles to help the displace.

What would it reveal to him? and would the appearance is what unsettled the events leading to it?

Luna is a strange mare. Cadance is only now just starting to see how strange she is when Luna mentions the unthinkable. Maybe she'll learn something new in the process.

This story is a sequel to Farewell, Chrysalis

After wandering for a few years after meeting Chrysalis, the globetrotting stallion takes a detour to Silver Shoals for a quick reprieve from his travels. Lingering questions demand answers: What compelled the forging of the Elements of Harmony? Why have the ponies of Equestria been kept oblivious to their own ancient past? What dark secrets were too terrible to be passed down through the generations? What truly corrupted Sombra and led to Luna's tragic fall from grace? Most importantly, who set all of this in motion, and is everypony safe from it happening again?

My name is Kadie, and when I was eight years old, my people, the griffins, went to war with the ponies of Equestria. My mother never wanted me to think about that, so she never talked about it. The Emperor told my father that he had to go off and fight the ponies, though, so I know that she thought about it a lot.

A few months after I turned ten, a messenger came into our town and told us that our emperor didn't want to fight anymore, so the ponies won, and we lost. Mother said that since we lived so close to our capital, we needed to go see the pony army meet our emperor.

I did not like that.

Equestria has witnessed centuries of rapid technological advancement during Twilight's rule. Innovations in the production and integration of magic has led to countless improvements in the quality and efficiency of life in Equestria, and enabling ponies to finally touch the stars and new worlds. However, with the rise of more and more energy-heavy processes and a stagnation in development regarding the extraction of energy, Twilight turns to the biggest and final step in energy extraction: a dyson sphere: a massive device that would surround the sun and allow virtually all the energy released through nuclear fusion to be harnessed by Equestria.
