And another off-site story update worth blogging about here! I finally managed to break past a particularly rough spot of writer's block to publish a new chapter of "Three Stars of Veldin", my Ratchet & Clank stand alone story first discussed in the Author's Notes of "The Sparkle in His Eye" during the Nexus arc.

A new short chapter is up on "Three Stars of Veldin" on AO3 and fanfiction. Not up to much more than that, because it's moving into summer where I am and I'm starting to overheat again.

On a whim - and because of messages asking about it - I decided to see if I can write a new chapter of "Three Stars of Veldin". Much to my surprise, I managed one nearly 3k words long. Feels good.

It can be found now on my AO3 page, and hopefully soon on my fanfiction page, depending on how long it takes to make it publicly visible.

You might be wondering why the 'Choice Update' tagged a story this time.
Well, that's because I decided to make a new story this time...one inspired by a certain conversation in comments, and one that indicated there would be a great deal of interest in.

The story is called 'Three Stars of Veldin'. That's right, it's the story of Ratchet, Vendra, and Prog growing up together that was talked about back in the Nexus arc of "The Sparkle in His Eye".

In the Author's Note in the most recent chapter of "Sparkle in His Eye," I stated that I would be writing a chapter wherein Ratchet, Clank, and Twilight were in a TV interview as Galactic heroes. In order to flesh the chapter out, I'm opening the doors to allow all of you to submit questions.

Those of you enjoying "Sparkle In His Eye" are likely eagerly awaiting the next chapter. Well, I've actually started working on the chapter, but I've hit a snag.

There's one point where I want to insert the actual video from the game of the first Infobot displaying its message - actually, I'm thinking of using Youtube links for each Infobot - but I can't find it anywhere except as part of gameplay videos, and I can't figure out how to create a link to just play part of a video.
